Salad with avocado and fried cheese

Cooking time: 10 minutes

We will need:

  • Salad "Useful" - 1/2 pack.
  • Halloumi cheese - 100 g
  • 1 tomato
  • Avocado - 1/2 pc.
  • Tarragon - 1 - 3 sprigs
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Lemon to taste
  • Smoked salt to taste
  • Black ground pepper to taste
  • Spices to taste

Recipe:
Cut the haloum into pieces and fry in a pan on both sides.
Put on a plate: salad mix, half an avocado (sprinkle lemon juice first), tomatoes, fried pieces of raw holum, a little smoked salt and dress the salad with olive oil.
We decorate our salad with tarragon sprigs.
