Salad with peach and prosciutto
Salad with peach and prosciutto

Cooking time: 10 minutes

We will need:

  • Salad "Light" - 1 pack.
  • Prosciutto 3 – 4 slices
  • Peach - 2 pcs.
  • Cucumber - 1 pc.
  • Adyghe cheese - 30 g.
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Salt, ground black pepper to taste
  • Spices to taste

Recipe:
We do not clean the peaches and cucumber, we immediately cut them: peaches into slices, cucumber into thin slices.
We put a crispy mix, peaches, cucumber, slices of tender Italian prosciutto and small pieces of Adyghe cheese on a plate - we do not cut the cheese, but break it with our hands.
We dress the salad with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, decorate with green leaves.
